 ZRY is a fully automatic mini dosing device for chemicals which use powdered polymer flocculant as agentia to prepare and dose solution continuously. We have been over 8 years in manufacturing and designing of mini dosing device for chemicals since year 2006.

Working principle of automatic mini dosing device for chemicals:

Powered flocculant access through screw propeller and premixed with water in pre-mixer. Then it is sent to preparation tank and is diluted there in required concentration.

Dosing system vary automatically with water inflow changes, thus ensuring same solution concentration in whole preparing process.

Solution enter into digestion tank and then is finally stored in storage tank. Preparation tank and digestion tank are both equipped with multi-propeller stirrer, fully guaranteed dilution and aging effect.

Solution preparing process of PAM powered agentia is completed step by step. Different tanks are separated with each other to avoid any direct access between preparing tank and storage tank. Thus ensuring the best reaction time and a constant concentration in each solution tank.

Automatic control system is connected with liquid level controller in storage tank. When liquid level exceed limited height, preparing process will stop automatically, and when liquid level down back to allowable height, preparing process will automatically start again.
