What Is An Automatic PAC Dosing Machine:

Working Principles of Automatic PAC Dosing Machine:

Powdered flocculant firstly access into pre-mixer through screw propeller to pre-mix with water. Then it is deliveried to preparation chamber and is diluted there in required concentration.

PAC dosing machine will vary automatically with water inflow changes, thus well guarantee same solution concentration in the whole preparation process.

Diluted solution then enter into digestion chamber for digestion, and is finally stored in storage chamber. Preparation chamber and digestion chamber are both equipped with multi-propeller stirrer to guarantee the dilution and aging effect.

Solution preparing process is completed step by step. Different chambers are separated with each other to avoid any direct access between preparing chamber and storage chamber. Thus ensuring the best reaction time and a constant concentration in each solution chamber.

Automatic control system is connected with liquid level controller in storage tank. When liquid level exceed limited height, preparation process will stop automatically, and when liquid level down back to preset height, preparing process will automatically start again.
