Aluminum insulated flexible air duct for air conditioning
Insulated Flexible Duct is a range of fully flexible thermally insulated ducting, which has been specially designed for the HVAC market. Its range has been developed to minimise the heat gain or loss resulting from the temperature difference between the air flowing in a duct and the surrounding air.The vapour barrier prevents condensation forming on the outside of ducts carrying air at lower temperatures than the surrounding air.

- Ideal for use for permanent and mobile air condition units.
- Compressible and easy to transport.
- Insulation maintains temperature of air inside hose.
- Very cost effective insulated duct.
- Provides acoustical as well as thermal insulation.
Applications: Recommended for industrial or residential air movement applications.
Temperature Range: -20 F to +160 F Sizes I.D. (inches):4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 Inch I.D.Custom sizes up to 24" ID available with a 1,000 ft. minimum.
ID Tolerances: To 12 Inch: -0.00 to + 0.125 Inch
12 Inch and over: - 0.00 to + 0.250 Inch
Standard Length: 25 Feet.
Standard Colors: Metallic silver
End Finish: Plain Cut

Aluminuminsulatedflexibleairductforairconditioning is manufactured from aluminum foils (metallized Mylar),laminated incorrporating toally encapsulated helically spring wire.which provides outstanding resistance and durability. With glasswool (fiberglass) blanket as insulation part,use for air conditioning system.

Made up of 1 layer Aluminum foils/ 1 layer Polyester with steel wire (Core Duct)
Glass wool (fiberglass) blacket as insulation part
Aluminum foils sleeves (Jacket)
Type 2: Double layer aluminum foils as core duct (Item no.: Supair-006)
Made up of 1 layer aluminum foils/1 layer Polyester/1 layer aluminum foils
with steel wire (Core Duct)
Glass wool (fiberglass) blacket as insulation part
