1. Introduction:

WDW-20G Computerized Electronic Universal Testing Machine is applicable for tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling and tearing, etc test of metal materials and non-metal materials, such as rubber, plastics, metals, textile, paper, etc.

It conforms to ASTM E4, ISO7500-1. In testing standard, it conforms to ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB, etc standard. It is an essential testing instrument for quality testing section, university and colleges, research institution and industrial and mining enterprise.

3.1 Mainframe:

The machine adopts double spaces door type structure, tensile test is applied at the upper space, while the compression and bending test are applied at the lower space.

The load frame is consisted of two-column, ball screw, upper crosshead, middle crosshead and worktable, and the adjustable speed system is installed underside of the worktable.

3.2 Mechanical limits:

It has upper and lower mechanical limit stop feature to prevent crashing of the crosshead.

3.3 Overload protection function:

The testing software has function of overload protection function, when the testing force over 2-10% of the max. measuring range, the software will auto display a warning window, the testing machine will auto stop.

3.4 Remote hand controller:

It adopts a portable wireless remote controller, which has fast up, fast down, slow up, slow down, stop and reset six buttons. It is very convenient for operator to adjust testing space when place in sample.

1) The testing software is compatible with Window 7 system.

2) Computer controlled, load, displacement and extension three closed loop control.

3) It has constant load, constant displacement, constant deformation various control modes.

4) Real time displays various testing curve, like load-time, load-extension, stress-strain, etc.

5) Automatically figure out tensile strength, yield strength, modulus of elasticity, extend rate after rupture, non-proportional extend strength RP0.2, etc.

6) The software is available to switch among different control modes, for example, it can switch from displacement control to load control.

7) The testing reports is available for user to edit.

8) The software comes with multiple level access control function (such as Administrator level, Tester level), which allows administrator to control a user’s access to software functions.

3.5 Safety features:

1)Mechanical limit, the upper and lower mechanical limits are adjustable for protection purpose of the crosshead hitting the tensile grips.

2)Emergency stop button, it can stop the power of the testing machine during emergency events.

3)Software protection, when test testing force over 2-10% of the max. load sensor measuring range, the software will warning and auto stop the machine.
