 Usage

YAW-300 Cement Compression Machine is mainly used in the project construction such as the railroad, road, bridge, port, high-rise etc. This tester is mainly used for the compression, flexture and splitting strength test to the mortar, air brick, cement, cement product, firebrick, engineering ceramics, engeering plastic and product, stone, wood, sand, and other materials.

Structure

YAW-300 Cement Compression Machine consists of mainframe, oil pump, high precision digital servo valve, YAW-300 electro-hydraulic measuring and controlling system, computer, screen, and so on.

Bearing part is frame structure, the two column integrates the upper and lower beams with nut and fixed on the bedplate. There is dust cover in the middle of piston guard plate and oi cylinder. There is material disk on the guard plate for chip removal after crushing. The oil cylinder fixed in the middle of lower beam and piston are the main parts of the machine. They are with special fit clearance.

The bearing part is composed of bedplate, soleplate and six columns, bearing the bearing part, control frame part, motor pump and oil cylinder.

Control cabinet, oil pump, high precision electro-hydraulic digital servo valve, oil source, sending and return valve.

Fix the oil pump on the bottom-left of the control cabinet after connected to the electric motor. The oil source is placed on the soleplate. The high precision digital servo valve is fixed on the lower part of control cabinet seperately. Test control cabinet is fixed on the bedplate. The oil pump is vertical axis type axial piston pump. When loading, the high pressure oil enters into the filling valve and digital servo valve or operating button control digital servo valve. The control keyboard can adjust the oil mass to the oil cylinder to reach the requested load speed. It unloads when the oil back to the box.
