Js series mixer features many advantages which enable it to be used independently or to be used together with PLD series batching machine to assemble a mini concrete batching plant.

The twin shaft mixer is the best to make any kind of concrete: heavy and normal weight concrete (ready mix, prefabrication, industrial and civil building etc) or light weight concrete (polystyrene or expanded clay concrete, expanded concrete). It can homogeneously mix big, round or crushed materials.

Detailed info.

1. Mixing shaft 
The mixing shaft is made of steel alloy which has pretty good anti-torsion strength 

2. Drive device
The gear boxes of the drive device are planetary type. This kind of design features of compact structure, stable transmission, low noise and long service life.

3. Shaft seals
The two floating oil seal ring and the specially-made seals are lubricated in high pressure grease, which extend the service life of the shaft end seals 

4. Mixing Elements

The mixing arms are streamline both in axial and in radial. Material in the mixer tank not only is cut in radial but also is pushed in axial. The large number of blades, their position and their orientation guarantee the right combination between the effects of rolling and circulation of the material during the mixing action.

5.Automatic lubrication

The grease is give by the automatic pump through a sequential distributor. 
It dispenses and guarantees low grease consumption and low contamination of the mixing.

6.Hydraulic discharging device
Hydraulic discharging can avoid some disadvantages with pneumatic discharging device like failing to open the discharging door because of low air pressure. When the discharging door is half opened, we can set the opening door device at a random angle. If in emergency, we can open the discharging door by pressing the manual-discharging door knob.
