♥ Working principle of rotary vibrating screen : 

The belt vibrator motor eccentric block to produce high-speed rotation. Operation of the eccentric block produce a large centrifugal force, to stimulate a certain amplitude screen box circular motion, the material on the sieve screen surface in the tilt of the screen box to pass by the impulse arising from continuous throwing motion, screen surface materials and processes meet through the manipulation of particles smaller than the mesh screen in order to achieve classification.
