Main Application

this machine combines traditional chinese medicine refining with rubbing-pill functions.it is specialized in making pills of ¢1.5-12mm,such as watered pill,water-honey bolus,honeyed bolus,condensed pill and tibetan medial pill etc.it is mainly designed for those clients that have small output and work force more variety.it is te ifth-generation product of company,and it has received national patent certificate.

Operation principles:

first,medicinal powder is well mixed with binding uch as water,honey,decoction or liquid extract etc.then,in the refining-drug bin on theleft side of the equipment these medicinal materials will be refined and compunded into strip material bin on the right corner of pillmaking machine.and then they are extruded into slim strips.after medicinal strips are cut into granules,they will be rubbed into pills in high speed.

Process route:

grinding medial materials mixing it with binding admixture refining making pills.this machine combines refining with pill making procedures.if you replace different cutter wheel,you can rub and make ut pills with required diametrs in diaccession.grinding the material-mixing with binding-mixing-refining-making pill-drying.

Structural features:

1.this machine adopts high technologies such as PLC programmable controller and encoder etc.and thus it is highly automatic,AC inventer wihich is completely imprted is adopted for the driving parts.touch screen can be used for man-machine interaction and its operation is very easy.

2.it is equipped with two sets of screw extruder,one is fordug refining and the other is for pillmaking.it can eighter be used as an organic whole or be operated solely.it is adaptable to medicines and thus it can meet the production of every kind of medical pills .besies,it can process drug refining and pill making solely.

3.the machine body is rame-based.besides its exterior,the places where it touched with medicinal materials are all made of the stainless steel and there is no bind corner on the wrking surface.it has good seal and it can be easily disassembled and cleared up.it accords with the GMP certification standard.
