Specifications
it is used to grind thread plugs with cylindrical, conical profiles.The machine is equipped with SINMENS 840D control system, able to realize five axes with three fo which in sync. Movements of key parts of the machine, such as the rotary movement of work piece, the reciprocating movement of worktable, the cross movement of wheel stock, and the vertical and horizontal movement of wheel dresser, are all driven by SIEMENTS AC servo motors.
With a linear encoder rested on the work table, and a full closed-loop control, the accumulative and adjacent pitch error can be corrected.
The cross feed movement of grinding carriage is in a full closed-loop, making for a fine working accuracy.
