Driving system with electric proportional control for the tracks ensure the paving speed constantly.
Separate full-hydraulic transmissions are adopted in the bilateral conveyer-auger system, and the ultrasonic sensor technology controls material level.
The powerful material augers with large diameter and pitch leafs can adapt different paving thickness and reduce material segregations.
Conveyor bottom plates, distributing augers, and screed bottom plates are made of high wearing-resistant alloy and imported wearing resistant material to prolong the service life.
The techniques of dual tampers and gas heating system are adopted in the screed to gain the high pre-compacted density.
The electric auto-leveling system with 2 grade sensors and 1 slope sensor keep the pavements smoothly.
Control panel shows directly and clearly all working parameters, and could be mounted either on right or left side to gain a full panorama.
Central lubrication system can supply the grease to the bearing with high temperature automatically.
With high automation, the machine makes use of convenience, good quality and high productivity.
