Structure and Principle
DY series belt filter press is composed of driven device,sludge material distribution device,filter belt ,tension agencies,automatic adjust deviation device,filter belt washing device,scrap mud device,gravity dewatering area,wedge shape dewatering area,squeezing dewatering area,rack etc.

Work process: the sludge after flocculation treatment will enter into sludge material distribution device, first pass by gravity dewatering area, this section is longer horizontal move section and small angle ascent stage; filter slurry in filtering belt make movement with belt, in the action of gravity, free water separate with floccules, remove most of free water in filtration slurry, and slurry lost mobility in basic. Then enter into wedge shape space from small to big, at last, two filter belts fold at last, to make filter slurry in middle of filter belt get gradually bigger extrusion pressure, water discharged out from filtering slurry continuous. Now, slurry has lost mobility, to make good preparation for next step entering squeezing area. The squeezing roller in squeezing dewatering area in series according to diameter from big to small, filter slurry get squeezing force from small to bigger.

Pass by several S shape arrange squeezing roller squeeze ,shear to filter cake, filter slurry remove big part of saturated water, to finish sludge dewatering. when filtering belt pass by discharge material device, the mud is scrape from belt by scraper. Up and down filtering belt return gravity dewatering area after washingregeneration, to finish next step sludge dewatering circulate.
