Jet flow air flotation purify machine

Introduction:

The main function of YM series high efficient jet flow  air flotation purification machine (degreaser) is remove oil and suspended matter in the sewage, which is improved to be series air floation purification machine by our company using foreign technique. Its predecessor equipment is invented by American WEMCO on 1980 ,this equipment is rectangle tank, the entrance and exit of water is setup in both ends of tank, the top of tank install 4 motors ,this motors will drive respectively impeller in trough form into 4 grade aeration, both sides of flotation cell installed scraper used in scrape oil, then the motor drive the scraper to achieve the purpose of oil-water separation by scraping the flotation oil .

Our company import this technique in 1993,after digestive absorption, begin to produce the second generation Floating purification machine ,which solved the  original equipment ‘s shortcoming of Aeration bubble large particle size ,bubble scatter uneven,low removal rate of oil . our company  made a Comprehensive Analysis of operation condition to each spot in 2001,  then made technical transformation once again and produced the third generation jet flow air flotation machine, got good valuation from client.

The jet flow air flotation purification machine( degreaser) has widely used in each big coking plant and Oil Refinery in nationwide,it has obvious remove effect in dealing with Surplus ammonia, Phenol cyanide wastewater,tar in Washing-rich liquid, oil in discharge water of offsite, mainly solved the puzzle question of ammonia distillation tower and heat exchanger blocking constantly which will affect normal production.

Operating principle : 

YM series jet flow air flotation purification machine ( degreaser) absorb air into water system by circulating water pump(jet pump) in jet flow manner, forming air water admixture , the air water mixed liquid pass dissloved air vessel respectively enter into 4  aeration regulator, then return equipment by release head, the bubble size processed by release head will be small ,make them adhere to floccule surface, thus separate the pollutant in water. The pollutant in different position of equipment will focus discharge into the under tank or mechanize clarifying tank after collected. The water after purify can be reuse ,air flotation purification machine has advanced jet flow dissolved air system, which realized multilevel  tandem type flotation, improve the removal rate of oil or suspended matter.

Application characteristic:

No power slag draining, the main parts of such equipment is tank shape ,so its sealing property is fine when operation, the flotation air can recycle, the medium odour can’t leak easily, no secondary pollution. The slag draining way is overflow, without power, no operation parts, make waste residue drag-in to dump tank fully relying on water flow then outflow equipment external. So its failure rate is 0, no need maintenance, reduce operation cost.

The equipment has big sewage treatment yield, short water retention time, only 15-20 minutes.

Wide Applicability range, good operation environment,, the water pump can install indoor, main parts of equipment installed outdoor, no noise.

Which can add different floating agent (organic, inorganic) aiming at different sewage, also can adopt 2-8 grades different flotation manner, the size and quantity of micro bubble generated can be adjusted, all kinds of sewage purification can get ideal effect. Low energy consumption, easy to manage and operate, can save electricity 40% than other flotation machine, low operating expense, only need 1 water pump (jet flow pump) can ensure the equipment stable operation, can start operation or stop at any time.

Installation:

According to the foundation drawing of this type equipment to install it, adjust the level, specially the longitudinal level must be ensured 1‰within requirement, then fixed foot margin , connect all pipeline and valve according to the installation drawing, installed all components such as sight glass as request, wait to debug.

Technique data:

According to sewage ‘s variety and Emulsification degree ,  The oil removal rate of the exit sewage  emulsified fuel after multistage flotation can reach 70%-90%( if contain Soluble oil,emulsified oil can be dispose by dosing ) ,the removal of suspended can reach 50%-80%; the removal of COD can reach 50%,this series equipment’s dispose capacity is 10-800 CBM, its main performance index can achieved the international similar product level in the 1990s, leading position in china.
