SPECIFICATION OF HT-650P DOUBLE TWIST BUNCHING MACHINE
Part one Double twist bunching machine features:
One main motor driving system for bow, capstan,spooler
Equipped with noise absorb safety cover
Strand pitch obtained by means of change gears
All models can select accurate rolling tension to feedback to the control system.

Pitch change: Manually change pulling capstans
Bobbins loading and unloading: by hydraulic with motor
Traverse: polish rod traverse with adjustable width and distance.
Take-up tension control: magnetic particle clutch (new) 256 level auto control to ensure the stable tension from empty to full bobbin.
Brake:electromagnetic brake, Inside and outside wire break detector, automatically brake control
