STRUCTURE OF DOUBLE TWIST BUNCHING MACHINE,COPPER WIRE MAKING EQUIPMENT

Our double twist bunching machine consists of two main parts,the pay-off part and the main mahcine.

The blow:
Through dynamic balance test to ensure the minimum vibration at a high speed running,with guide ceramics to make
wire pass stably.

Bearing cooling and lubrication:
By oil,it is more suitable for machine running at a high speed.

Pulling:
By changing the pulling capstan to change the stranding pitched.There is no open gear transmission,all transmission
are led by the synchronous belts.The pulling casptans are coated with chromium.

Control system:
Touch screen + PLC + inverter control

internal stress and then processed by precision milling machine.
