  This machine suits in the bottles packing system, such as: Bottles water, bottles drink, bottles oil etc, it compared with the other machines to make a completely line.
  The equipment is the assorted equipment for soft drink filling machine and used for conveying PET drinking water bottles to filling machine bottle chainThe equipment is applicable for 330ml-1.45L PET bottle. S tidily from the rambling bottle reverse storehouse.
  Drink water PET bottles are loaded to lifting machine bottle reverse hopper by bottle reverse storehouse or manual assist, through strap lifting into bottle unscrambling machine hopper, and enter bottle-down box along railway by bottle-guiding pole and downslide turnover in bottle-down box. Then enter air channel railway transported by star wheel, the air channel is connected with filling machine bottle chain.

  The whole process is controlled by PLC controller programming automatically.
   1) Torque limit part is designed for the main motor reducer so as to protect the machinery if malfunctions occur.

   2) Two put-casts in one cycle ensure that every work location should be with one bottle, which enhances bottle output efficiency

   3) The bottles are neck locked through the air conveyor so as to avoid overturn in delivery.

   4) Dilapidated bottles will be eliminated by a special device.

   5) A lock detector is equipped for alarming; When locked, the machine will automatically stop.

   6) A photoelectric switch is set for starting when there is no bottle and stopping when there are bottles.

   7) An oil pump will readily fill up the gears, bearings and the cams
   8) Maintenance doors and mould replacement door provided.
   9) Mitsubishi, Omron and Simons provide the main electrical components; Such as transducers, PLC, photoelectric switch and relays.
