It is used for plasticizing rubber (platic), mixing , warming mill ,sheet and crushing recycled rubber , etc 

Main Features

1.The roll is made of alloy chilled cast iron (including separation cast or integrated type). Their surface are hard and wear resistant . The rolls are divined into hollow roll and drilled roll . 

2.The roll is supported on both end by double row spherical bearings . Large machine adopts double bearings .So it had advantages of running smoothly , energy saving , low noise and long service life

3.The roll nip adjustment is driven by the worm and worm wheel .It is simple for operation . The mode of nip adjustment includes manual ,electric and hydraulic adjustment in three forms 

4.Al series mills are equipped with safety device .

5.The roll bearing lubrication : grease lubrication and oil lubrication for order

6.The driving part adopts nylon pin coupling to prevent main parts from being damaged due to the overload of the transmission system 

7.The reducer adopts the hard gear teeth surface reducer . it has low noise ,high  transmission efficiency and long service life 

8.The base is integral type , the transmission mode is of closed transmission , so it is safe and easy for use 

9.The user can adopt the stock blender according to the process
