It is widely used for rubber and plastic mixing , such as rubber sheet mixing , rubber preforming , reclaimed rubber , eva mixing , etc . 

Firstly : About rollers  : Brand is from WUXITAI HU OR DALIAN BAOFENG

1. Roller structure :Front and real rollers are hollow type  (From : Wuxi Tai Hu) 

2. Material : Chilled cast iron (LT-H)

3. Hardness of working surface : HRC:68-75

4. Roller are aligning cylindrical roller ball bearing (From Wafangdian) , totally 4 groups

5.Bearing body is made of casting iron (HT200),it is processed by the high temperature 

aging treatment to make it have high hardness ad accuracy . Totally 4 groups

1 . Machine base is made of H type steel , it is high temperature aging treatment and mechanical treatment . 

2. Machine frame is made of cast iron (QT-500-7), it is high temperature aging treatment and machine mechanical treatment . It owns high hardness and high accuracy . Totally 2 groups

 Gearbox is ZSY hardened teeth gearbox
