1. Raw materials :
This processing line adopts the flour, semolina as the material then forms a kind of leisure food after extruding, slaking, forming, drying, frying and inflating.
2.Screw material:
The screws are made by ally steel(38GrMoAl) and special craft, the screw life is longer, uses building block system structure, may combine willfully.
3.Lubrication system and visible controlling system :
The forced lubrication system, by guaranteed equipment transmission longer life.
Visible auto-temperature controlling system, make the temperature-controlling to be more direct-viewing, parameter to be more precise.
4.Equipments:
Mixer---Screw conveyor---Extruder---Cutter---Hoister---Dryer(Oven)---Cooling conveyor

Once the plant is designed perfectly and approved by design head,it is sent to production department and as
per the approved design,production team start fabrication work and machining work to prepare machine body
