1. The rapid consumption of thermocouple
 Disposal /thermocouple thermocouple (also called expandable thermocouple or The rapid consumption of  thermocouple) is a sensor for temperature measurement. It can be connected to a fast potentiometer or a digital instrument to measure temperatures of melted iron, steed or other metals.

Pt-Rh Expendable thermocouple (Type S,R,B) is usually connected with display meter,recording meter and computer,etc.to directly measure temperature of liquid meteal ranging from 0-1820 during various steel or iron process.
It has advantage of high accuracy,rapid reaction,reliability and stability.

According the different thermocoupe wire,thermocouple has four type are S,R,Band WRe Type.

Accroding the different thermocouple connector,thermocouple head can be divide in 602 type and 604 type.

Type 602 thermocouple head( Round bottom)and connector

Type 604 thermocouple head(Triangle bottom) and connector

Accroding the different thermocouple wire tolerance,It have two type are common thermocouple wire(P) and exact thermocouple wire(J).
