 the brew house includes two parts, the boiler tank and the whirl tank. both of tanks are two-walled. the inside wall is 2.0mm thick's high quality stainless steel 304. the outside wall is 1.5mm thick. the material is red copper wrapped with mat board. the polyurethane is the insulating material in the gap of the two wall. its thickness is 80mm. on the top is the spheroid red copper dished head, 2.0mm thick. the interior polish is 0.4um. the 360-degree-circling wash ball is internal installed.

The function of the brew house:

after the smash of the malt in the malt mill, the malt juice comes into the brewhouse. first is the boiler tank. in the boiler tank. the process is the boiling of the malt juice. the method is steam heating. the hot steam works through the steam pipes. or the electric heating.

the hot wort will be transported into the whirl tank after the boiling procedure. in the whirl tank, the wort circles and precipitates. it is the preliminary purification.
