Introduction:

Fermention process of dairy products, pharmaceuticals and alcoholic is a sterile and non-polluting process. Wanda fermentation tank using sterile system to avoid microbial contamination inair, which efficiently prolong the shelf life of your product’s and guarantee prodcut's purity. We specially install sterile breathing pores and sterile positive fermentation system in the tank. Tank is equipped with jacket, which can contain heating or cooling medium to heat or cool cycliclly. Fermentation capacity is 100L-50000L, a variety of different specifications. Fermentor can be divided into fermentation tanks, bio-pharmaceutical tanks, wine fermentor and beer fermentatio tanks.

Fermenter is widely used in dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, fine chemical industry. Tank is equipped with interlayer and insulating layer, in order to heat, cool and insulate. Wall of the tank is mirror-polished, no health dead corner, and the fully encloseddesign ensure that the mixing and fermentation of materials are always in a clean condition.
