Working range

1      The machine is fully driven by hydraulic and can slewing 360°. The balance valves are products of Oil control Company of Italy. And the solenoid directional valves are products of Rexroth Company of Germany.

2      The main electric components are products of the world-renowned companies such as Omron Company of Japan or Schneider Company of France.

3      The mode of climbing is simple, there are climbing on floor or climbing in elevator shaft to be chosen.

4 The brake is normally closed in

 the slewing mechanism: It means that the brake is open when the slewing motor is working, the boom can slewing. In other condition, the brake is closed, and the boom cannot slewing and is fixed. It is very useful to avoid interfering and crashing.

4      There are two modes of operation: radio remote control or cable remote control.

5      The machine has good safety because it has many safety protecting devices.

6      The expense during using is a little: the delivering bends are precision casting. The thickness of the bend is different at different point; it means that the thickness at the badly worn point is thicker. So the service life is long.

7      The material of Concrete Placing booms main structure are Q235B and Q345B,corresponding to the standard of E24 and E36.

8      In order to transporting conveniently, divide the machine into some big units. Their weight and dimension is shown in followed table (Total weight is about 21 tons):
