Roadheader is a self-developed medium-duty roadheader, characteristiced as follows:

(1)Rexroth(Germany) hydraulic system, variable pump, pilot actuate, load sensitive control;

(2)PLC control with both manual and aotumatic function;

(3)The main cutting point adopts two-speed-and-two-power, anchor rod and controlled power supply;

(4)Motor driven and hydraulic driven combined, short and well-orgnized structure machine body, easy operation and reliable in running;

(5)High pressure water injection system to restrain dust in cutting;

(6)Cutting head adopts taper table type which is convenient for diggng and swing cutting, keep the tunnel in smooth;

(7)Pickaxe Bit for cutting head, strong ability in breaking rock and passing fault, vibration reduced and stability enhanced;

(8)Anchor rod machine interface equipped on the hydraulic system to drive the anchor rod machine;
