Features of YT Series Mining Dump Truck  

1. The design idea is advanced. Utilize advanced finite element analysis software, combine powerful technical strength of colleges and universities, adopt newly-designed large-section high-strength wide frame structure; the widening suspension is specially designed for the working condition of heavy duty to improve the stability of complete vehicle at running, turning, running on slope and unloading.

2. The performance-price ratio is high. Its purchasing price is 1/3 of the traditional mining vehicle with same tonnage; its rated loading capacity is more than 2.5 times than that of three-shaft heavy-duty truck which is popular presently; its unit loading capacity is 1.4 times than that of three-shaft heavy-duty truck. 

3. The operating cost is low. The transmission system is equipped elaborately to ensure that within the economical range of speed and under same working condition, its oil consumption increases by about 50% when its rated loading capacity increases by 150%, compared with the three-shaft heavy duty truck; meanwhile, compared with transportation vehicle with same power on road, its number of drivers reduces by more than 50%. 

4. The service life is long: The application of box-type welded girder, reinforced end plate and side plate compartment largely improves structural stability and impact resilience of girder and compartment. The service life is over two times longer than that of triaxial heavy-duty truck under same working condition.
