EBZ230 is a self-developed heavy-duty roadheader, characteristiced as follows: (1)Backprop and sideprop to improve the stability (2)Low speed high torque hydraulic motor directly drive the first conveyor to reduce the mulfuction; Spring and scew combined as the tensioner of conveyer chain; (3)Speed reducer in heading part is an high integration of imported motor and Planetary reducer, stable but powerful; the tensioner of chain adopts cylinder tensioner; (4)Insertion board wheel drived by low speed high torque hydraulic motor to reduce the mulfuction; Insertion board is a bidirectional high spud angle structure, manual loading and cleanup; (5)The machine body adopts the box-type, welded by thick steel board, steady and reliable; (6)Cutting motor is water-cooling motor with thermosensitive protection; (7)Cutting part has the characteristics of do not strench out and draw back, reliable, low center of gravity, high cutting efficiency, stable, easy to operate and maintain, safety and reliable in use; (8)Electrical system adopts PLC and MD, equipped with LCD Malfunction self-diagnosis and memory; (9)Hydraulic system adopts the stable power, pressure cut and load sensitive control; (10)The first conveyor adopts the straight structure, four connecting rods moves with insertion board, the two chains shows tiny changes when the insertion board moves upward and downward; the dragon’s gate is comparatively high and move free, adopts the two chains in middle structure, high strength anti-friction steel board, the life-span is considerably increased.
