Standard configuration: main machine + ordinary drying chamber + domestic anti-return oil vacuum pump; imported vacuum pump(optional)

Main features:

(1) Floor model with open-door structure, which can realize in-situ freeze drying of materials

(2) Use single compressor (imported compressor) to mix refrigerant, with the features of low temperature refrigeration, large cooling capacity and low power consumption.

(3) PLC is the core of the control system, which adopts touch screen as human-machine interface to have temperature during freeze drying real-timely recorded and showed in the curve which is clear and intuitive.

(4) Preset the rising temperature curve of shelves to realize the sublimation automatically.

(5) Control the temperature of each shelf with high precision

(6) The main machine is equipped with RS232 communication interface, by which to real-timely upload freeze drying data to computer and have them saved, scanned, printed etc.

(7) Manual capping device is optional

(8) The main machine and vacuum pump are connected by quick-release flange, which is easy to use.

(9) Equipped with anti-return oil vacuum pump.
