According to customer's drawings, we can create the different shapes and sizesof tungsten crucible,such as round, square, rectangular and “V”. According to the different shapes, sizes and applications, we decide the fabrication processof tungsten crucible. For smaller tungsten crucible, it is usually formed by machining forged tungsten rods or stamping. For welded tungsten crucible, it is formed by heating and bending tungsten sheet, and then weld. For tungsten crucible with thin wall thickness,it is formed by spinning process.Most of the cruciblesareproduced by powder pressing and sintering.
