Warranty

1. Two years since the date of purchase for LED light.

2. If the product has a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period, we will provide free/rework new products.

3. If failure or damage due to incorrect operation, wire connection, or anything other do not follow our instruction, we will provide paid maintain service within warranty period.

Trade Terms

1. Payment term: T/T, Western Union or Paypal 100% payment in advance, or for over 10,000USD, TT 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping.

2. Lead time: normally in 5~10 days after deposit received.

3. Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready in 3~7 days once payment received.

Delivery detail

We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~ 5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive, or by sea which takes about one month to arrive , depending on your actual requirements.

Quality Control

100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability, and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.

Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still works well. Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer
