HM-200 CHEMICAL ANCHOR BOLT SYSTEMS

• HM-200 Anchor bolt systems are sets of vinyl resin capsules and steel bolts. We’ve these in different sizes ranging from M10-M30
• The resin capsules contain vinyl resin along with selected quartz sands and curing agent
• The bolts are made from high strength steel and are coated with Zinc/Copper
• These are indeed strong, easy to install and have been gradually substituting embedding and expansion anchor bolts

Scope of Application

• Curtain installation on wood, concrete, aluminum, steel structures
• Installation of machines and equipment
• Fixation of  steel frames/plates to concrete columns, beams and walls
• Fixation of pipelines, rail lines, crane lines etc.

 Application Procedure

• Drill  a hole of the required diameter and depth on the substrate
• Make sure the hole is clean. Use any means like brushes, air blower etc
• Insert the resin capsule into the hole
• Insert the chisel ended steel bolt using a rotary hammer drill, crushing through the resin capsule, mixing the chemical materials and incepting the curing process
• Leave the structure undisturbed until complete curing
