Horse  8.8 Grade M16  Chemcial Anchor Bolt with capsule  is a new type of anchor material which can substitute embedded parts and expansion screws. It is composed of selected quartz sands, curing agents and vinyl resins placed in a sealed glass tube, and it is used together with a metal screw.

6. Operation Process

1) Drill hole on substrate

2) Clean hole

3) Put into drug tubes

4) Screwing in Screw

The screw should have 45°cutting angle in the front and hexagonal nut in the back. The screw should be screwed into the bottom of the hole.

7. Storage

1) Construction Reinfored Chemical Anchor Bolt  should be stored in a cool dry storehouse away from light at 5 °C~25 °C.

2) Storage period is 12 months.

3) If the glass tube is not used for a long term, the fluidity of glue liquid should be checked. If it does not flow, forbid to use.

8. Transportation

1) This product belongs to non-dangerous goods, and can transport as general chemical building materials.

2) The product should not be damaged, exposed or rained in transportation.
