Purpose

QJZ16-400(630.500.315.200)/1140(660)  Mining explosion-proof and Intrinsically safe intelligent vacuum electromagnetic starter is ideal for use in coal mines with methane compound gases and dangerous explosive gases and AC50 Hz, rated voltage≤1140V power supply network without neutral line directly grounded to realize on-spot and remote control on 3-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motors. Therefore, when it is attached in KJ254 mine electric power automatic control and comprehensive measurement and monitor system to realize automatic control on power supply equipments in mining area and that no person on duty is necessary.

Technology Data

 1.  All Chinese blue backlight display for real-time display of system voltage, 3-phase voltage, working status and on-line status etc;  

2.  Pull-down menu setting to set and modify parameters, and the system param eters can be modifed and adjusted precisely. Step length is 1; 

3.  The starter has various protective functions for overload, short-circuit, phase    Rated current loss, 3-phase unbalance and current leakage etc; 

4.  The starter has function of interlinked control;

5.  Standard RS 485/232 communication interface is attached; and it is attached in KJ254 mine electric power automatic control and compre hensive measurement and monitor system to realize telemetry, telecommunication, remote control, remote regulation and auto mation of power supply equipments.
