1140V Mining Explosion proof intelligent Vaccum Feeder Switch

Purposes

KBZ16-/1140(660) series of mining explosion-proof intelligent vacuum feeder switch is ideal for use in coal mines with methane compound gases and dangerous explosive gases. It is used in power supply network of AC 50Hz, rated voltage 1140V and below. Therefore, when it is attached in KJ254 mine electric power automatic control and comprehensive measurement and monitor system to realize automatic control on power supply equipments in mining area. Then person on duty is not necessary in mining area.

Technical features

• All Chinese display for real time display of system parameters such as 3 phase current, 3 phase voltage,active power, reactive power, insulation resistance, electricity quantity and closing times etc;
• Pull-down menu setting to set and modify parameters, and step length is 1;
• Various protective functions for overload, short-circuit, phase loss, overvoltage, under voltage, current leakage interlocking, current leakage, remote opening, 3 phase unbalance, wind, electricity and gas locking etc;
• Functions of high-voltage interlocking, overheat alarming and remote opening;
• Standard RS485/232 communication interface; It is attached in KJ254 mining electric power automatic control and comprehensive monitor system to realize telemetry, telecommunication, remote control and remote regulation and automation of power supply equipments.
