Brief

This box type multipurpose metal tempering furnace is designed and manufactured through introduced AICHELIN technolgogy, mainly used for tempering.

Structure

This metal tempering furnace include high temperature tempering furnace,low temperature tempering furnace, equipped with heating furnace(hardening furnace or carburizing furnace),double liquid and double tank cleaning machine, atmosphere adding system, charging and discharging cart,  control system,etc. forme a complete heat treatment production line.

Application field

This metal tempering furnac is mainly used for high precision components ofsingle varieties and large quantities, such as gears, and auto parts.

8.Compared to common heat treatment furnace that use the contactor switch ,using SCR adjustable dynamometer and PID continuous control output power, high temperature control precision , good stability, avoiding the impact to radiant tube and power grid;

9.Use step-down isolation transformer, radiant tube operates at low voltages, long service life.
