Structure

This remarkable energy saving box type glowing furnace production line mainly consist of heating furnace (quenching furnace or carburizing furnace), high temperature tempering furnace,low temperature tempering furnace, double liquid and double tank cleaning machine, atmosphere adding system, charging and discharging cart,  control system,etc.

8.Compared to common heat treatment furnace that use the contactor switch ,using SCR adjustable dynamometer and PID continuous control output power, high temperature control precision , good stability, avoiding the impact to radiant tube and power grid;
