Brief

RT series car type industrial electric resistance furnace is the national standard energy-saving heat treatment furnace, using the following heat treatment processes: quenching, tempering, normalizing and other heat treatment. This series furnace can be divided into large and small bogie hearth resistance furnace.

Structure

This car type industrial electric resistance furnace consist of furnace shell, furnace linings ,furnace door, door hoisting appliance, heating element, bogie and driving mechanism, sealing mechanism, intelligent electrical control system, etc.

4.Large -scale electric furnace adopts multiple district heating, in order to improve the temperature uniformity, the heating elements are installed at the furnace door, backwall and bogie, high-power electric furnace, equipped with multi automatic temperature control cabinet, respectively for district heating automatic temperature control;

5.The operation of the furnace door and bogie is full automatic control. Each electric box is equipped with several pieces ofinstrument and automatic observer which can provide the controlling of the furnace temperature, automatic recording, over temperature automatic power-off protection and so on.
