Advantage

Currently oil tank sampling consisted of   tank top sampling  and tank

bottom sampling .in the way of topsampling,operators have to climb up

to the top of oil tank ,collecting the oil with sample bucket,which not only

gives highly dangerous to the them, also greatly affect sampling efficiency

and would not assure the precise representative sample .In comparison

sampling under the tank has obvious advantages over the top-tank sampling

:save ,convenience ,easy operation,long service life.All the sampling manipulations

would be controlled under the tank ,representative oil sample would be obtained by

opening the valve fixed under the tank through operator.

F style Tank bottom sampler       

1.Three fixed site sampling assure representative sample

2.Sample’s temperature are accordance with medium in oil tank ,which protect medium from coagulate.

4.Optimum  temperature :from -40°C to 95°C

S style vertical type sampler

1.Sampler openings designed to face down prevent pipe system from blocking by sand or slurry  

2.Sampler pipe systems  fixed on 4 different level of oil tank assure representative sample for each level.

3.Apply to all medium ,especially for oil factory.

4.Optimum temperature:from -40°C to 200°C

A style vertical type sampler

1.fixed volume Sampling assure precise sample 

2.Apply to low density oil and high-volatility medium

E style vertical type sampler

1.Sampling thoroughly from tank top to tank bottom ,or sampling in selected area of tank as requirement .
