                GV-AL series Industrial pellet Aluminum melting furnace 

GreenVinci Industrial pellet Aluminum melting furnace is a Crucible furnace, with burning ,melting, holding capabilities , is currently the most perfect design, highest degree of automation, with a number of patented aluminum melting furnace. Mainly used in melting or smelting aluminum, zinc, lead, tin, cadmium and other low-melting non-ferrous metals and alloys, and supporting the use of die-cast function well; also can be used for liquid aluminum insulation, in addition to gas, refining. With the advantage of high acceptance by operators , environmental friendly ,low operating cost, simple operation and maintenance , saving 30 ~ 60% of fuel costs than the traditional fuels oil (gas), electric .

Application range: 

Widely supporting mechanical and aluminum die-casting plant, adapted to industrial aluminum, zinc, lead, tin, cadmium and other low melting point non-ferrous metals melting and insulation , but also as aluminum scrap, industrial aluminum and various metal scrap melting into the ingots.

Operation principle:

Biomass wood pellet by automatically feeding into the burning chamber, burning produces high-temperature gas. In this process produce intermediate products H2, CH4, CnHm, Co and other combustible components, they are complete combustion in the high temperature chamber with sufficient oxygen , then release of heat energy heating the crucible. The high temperature gas will be lead to the middle and upper part of the crucible when it is heating the bottom , to make heating more uniform, aluminum liquid better insulation and heat utilization high efficiency.
