This product is our company lab developed high performance emulsion which can meet or exceed the National standard. It’s the self-crosslinking copolymer emulsion of butyl acrylate,acrylonitrile and other functional monomers at the radiation of Cobalt 60-Υ ray with some auxiliaries.It can reach the Europe and Japan environment standard.

• Good fastness,especailly after baking in high temperature
• Don't need cross-linking  agent. The paste is stable and can be reserved more than 15 days, the blended paste is stable
• Soft hand feeling, sharp patterns, high color yield and brightness, no clogging, no knife sticking
• perfect chemical and mechanical stability,can be compatible with many pigment printing ingredients,not clogging
• Don't need extra cross-linking agent, but the fastness will be more well if add in morderate

 Application

• All kinds of screening printing,flat, circular, roller, bed plate printing
• Apply to cotton,hemp,chemical fiber and blended fabric coating printing 

 Package and Transportation

• package: PE Drum with plastic bag inside,50kg/125kg/150kg
• storage: at the temperature of -5-40°C,in a dry and ventilated warehouse for more than 6 months 

Usage

• 6-30%(according to the color depth), baked at about 145 °C  for 3 minutes after drying 
• Some post-treatments,for instance, softening,color fixing and shaping are needed when necessary
