functional monomers.

Features:

1.Do not contain toxic substances, meet with the environmental requirements of

related regulations and laws around the world, such as, Reach Regulation (EU) and

LAW 112 (Japan)

2.To solid color in low temperature, no need to bake in high temperature, significantly

energy saving

3.No need cross-linking agent. The paste is stable and can be stored for more than 15

days

4.Soft handle, sharp patterns, high color yield and brightness, no mesh clogging, no

knife sticking

5.Well compatible with other pigment printing ingredients, better mechanical and

chemical stability

Application:

1.All kinds of pigment printing technique: flat and rotary screen printing, table printing

2.Apply to the pigment printing onto cotton, hemp, chemical fiber and blended fabric

Usage:

1.6% to 30% (according to the shade), baked at 145degree for 3-5minuters after dried

2.Some post-treatment are needed if necessary, such as, softening, color fixing and

sizing

Packaging:

50Kg/drum, 125Kg/drum, 150kg/drum with inner PE bag

Storage and transportation:

1.Must be stored and transported under the temperature between -5 to 40 degree,

can be stored for at least 6 months in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse

2.Non-dangerous goods, transported as ordinary liquid chemical
