1, Application:

(1)Pre-treatment: wash and remove the oil and wax on the surface of Product;

(2)Spray;

(3)Pre-baking: Hot air circulation drying with 75-80 degree, 20-30min;

(4)Exposure: Cooled type exposure machine, exposure power 6-8 case;

(5)Develop: Water spray pressure 2.0-3.0 kg/cm2, 28-32 degree, 0.8-1.2% Na2CO3, the 

temperature can not be over 35 degree, spray it for 30-60s. 

(6)Double exposure;

(7)If the basic material is not stainless steel, it needs post baking with 120 degree, 20-30min.

2, Operation condition:

(1)Spray: Stir evenly with ink and dilution (1:0.7 ratio) for 22s, adjust the spray gun with 

suitable pressure(please do this step in yellow light or daylight lamp with UV absorb mask);

(2)Pre-baking: The reason to do pre-baking is to evaporate 25-60% solvant which is in the ink, make the ink film non-sticky. The pre-baking temperature should not be over 80 degree, time should not be over 20min.

   If the per-baking temperature is too high or time is too long, it will cause bad develop, reduce the 

solution. If the pre-baking is not enough, the film will stick onto the ink film when doing exposure, and 

the ink film will be corroded when doing develop, this will make the surface lose gloss or ink film 

drop off. Please finish developing after pre-baking within 24hours. Please do develop after 

the product temperature cool down to room temperature.  

(3)Exposure: The exposure power should be 100-200mj/cm2.When using 21 case exposure 

guiding ruler, the value should be 6-8 case.

The exposure machine lamp can be iodine gallium lamp or helogenate metallic lamp, the power 

can be 5kw. 

If there is not enough exopsure,the ink film will be corroded when doing develop, this will make the 

surface lose gloss or ink film drop off. This will cause undercut. 

If there is over exposure, it will reduce the solution. The thicker the ink film, the more exposure power 

will be needed. 

(4) Develop: After exposure, wash the part that has not been exposed with 0.8~1.2Wt% Na2CO3, 

remove the ink. 

Develop condition: 

If the concentration of develop solvant is too high or too low, it will reduce the develop speed. If 

increase the solvant temperature, it will increase the develop speed, but if the temperature is over 

35 degree, the ink film will drop off, the surface will lose gloss. 

3, Storage condition:

The ink should be store in a dry, cool, dark room with 15-25°c.
