 This CNC processing protective ink offers a short time protection for all kinds of aluminum products while doing CNC processing(protect the part that does not need to be processed). It will be stripped or washed away after doing all the processing in the end.

Product Description                                                                                                

Processing: 6800-5 glass CNC protective ink is mainly used during the processing of cutting, 

profilling, edging, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning, hardening for glass. It will scrape the glass 

during the immobilization and cutting, so that will increase more labors and cost. UV glass 

protective ink, coat it onto the surface of glass before processing, it will increase the yield. 

This processing is widely used among phone lens, watch glass, screen glass, MP3, MP4, 

pad glass, etc fields.

Operation data: 250-300mesh(100-120T) PET mesh, scratching gum hardness: 70-75 degree;

Curing condition: UV curing, power: 1300-1800 mj/cm2

Stripping: soap it into 5-8% NaOH solvent with 70-80 degree ultrasonic machine for 5-10min;

Mesh cleaning: a little benzenes, lipid, ethers solvent.

1, Processing: clean up the surface--screen printing--UV curing--CNC processing--paring off--engraving--stripping.

2, Dilute: stir it for 3-5min before using

3, Surface cleaning has important influence to the the adhesion of ink, please do complete 

cleaning to the surface before screen printing.

4, During the glass processing, if the ink is not grinding fluid resistant or water soaking resistant, 

or dropping out or peeling, it might be:

(1) Not enough curing, please check if the UV power or curing time is enough;

(2) The surface of glass is not clean

5, Do not mix the used ink with untapped ink;

6, Please store the ink in dark and dry room with normal temperature;

7, If the ink contacts with skin or eyes, please wash it with soap and water, do not use any 

solvent to wash it.
