 Epoxy floor paint

 Floor Paint (Epoxy Floor Paint)is a kind of double component floor paint, it’s durable, the hardness is 4H, good  adhesion and good abrasion resistance. It can be easy wash and renewable.

 Epoxy floor paint project acceptance criteria:

1) strong, good wear resistance of epoxy coatings;

2) the coating surface appearance is no color, floating color;

3) It’s strong dense, smooth surface, easy to clean;

4) No sand holes, no holes, no cracks;

5) It’s good coating layer and base adhesion performance;

6) in accordance with the thickness of the coating requirements.

 Construction steps:

A. surface treatment

The new cement base water maintenance shall be more than 10 days with water; old cement base should

remove the dust, oil, base off easy blistering, reconstruction after grinding smooth; good expansion joints,

improve drainage facilities.

B. epoxy floor paint Construction: (ordinary floor 2, 3 can be omitted)

1) epoxy primer: roller coating epoxy sealing primer coating a, enhanced surface adhesion;

2) in epoxy coated: epoxy resin by adding an appropriate amount of quartz sand, with a trowel force evenly

    coated with numbers of leveling;

3) the epoxy group of soil: according to construction a few actual needs, requirements and smooth without 

    holes, no batch knife marks and sanding printing shall prevail;

4) epoxy topcoat: roller coating epoxy coated two times, each time interval of 6-8 hours of construction;

5) epoxy Varnishes: roller coating closed green paint a.

Reference dosage: 5-6m²/kg.

If choose by the powder mix with color in the packing, it can be constructed directly, no need to roll the colour.

Note: Humidity should be above 85% , it can’t be constructed under 4℃; the basic should not be wet.

         The proportion of main material and the curing agent should be according to the qualified executive

         standard.
