  The inner chamber is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, and the jacket is made of Q235-B carbon steel. It is welded by automatic welding machine. The inner surface has a nice appearance and with advantage of anti-corrosion after mechanical mirror polished; The sealing door is motor lifted and compressed air sealed, so that the operation is safe, simple and reliable; The cold air in chamber is forcibly removed by vacuum pulse, with the advantage of high efficiency, totally sterilized and dry efficiently; It is automatically operated, recorded and printed by the control of microcomputer; For the reason of using world famous brand on the key components, the machine can operate stably and reliably; The trolley and cover are made of stainless steel.The pipeline system adopts the stainless steel pneumatic angle-seat valve
made by Germany GEMU, and the inner polished pipe made of stainless steel, the pipe is welded by automatic welding machine, easy to clean and without dead corner. It is strictly manufactured according to GMP criterion.

  The chamber adopt specific new design with the bottom centre concave, which make the condensing water drain out smoothly, and the effective temperature protection measure (the min. thickness on shell surface is 60mm, and the max. is 150mm) reduce energy consumption and the burden from air conditioner. The use of Automatic Plasma Welding machine from FranceSAF, the specific welding technology and aging treatment guarantee that the reliable quality for the main body. The horizontal sliding door structure maximally solve the problem of operation space, and the easily, safely and conveniently automatic operation maximally reduce labor for operator. The sealing door has several safety protection and manual open device, which maximally protect the operator in safety. The specific vacuum system, liquid level balancing and cooling system keep the vacuum pump working in best condition with high efficiency, low noise and long life. The efficient cooling treatment to drainage system reduces the pollution to environment. The computer monitoring interface can realizes remote network monitoring.
