GMP Washer

PQXH series washing machine is designed and manufactured according to the newest GMP and suitable for the requirements of pharmaceutical factory. The washing process of this machine is pre-washing, cleaning, rinsing and drying, in which the washing is recorded repeatedly. This washing process can solve the unstable quality and the unprocessed repeat and record existed during manual washing process, and in accord with the requirements of FDA and cGMP.

Principal:

Softened water and distilled water (or pure water) is the working medium, and the adequate cleaning agent is feed automatically. The cleaning solution is circulated in cleaning chamber and pipeline through circulating pump with large flow, and sprayed to cleaned goods through rotated spraying to clean the goods effectively. Rinse the goods by pure water after cleaned till the residual concentration of dirt is in accord with the test requirement of cleaning effect. Finally, the clean air after filtered by HEPA is blown to chamber through high pressure fan to dry the goods after cleaned.
