Overseas the flusher-disinfector is a third series apart from the ultrasonic cleaning machine and the washer-disinfector and it has its own product standard-- ISO15883-3, which is different from those of normal automatic washer-disinfectors, and explicitly stipulates the main functions and performance indicators on the requirements and tests of moist heated sterilization by washers and disinfectors for human excreta containers.

As for in China, the State Food and Drug Administration issued the industry standard of flusher-disinfectors with the code name YY/T 0734.3-2009 on November 15, 2009. It`s on the requirements and tests of moist heated sterilization by washers and disinfectors for human excreta containers and was firstly implemented on December 1, 2010. It denotes that the Chinese government began a standardized management on the cleaning and disinfection of human excreta containers.

In this context, we integrated the most advanced designing concepts home and abroad and designed and developed the SHINVA Quick-A-60 automatic flusher-disinfector which is in strict accordance with relative standards, laws and legislations. The flusher-disinfector is mainly used in cleaning human excreta containers, such as the urinal, urine cup, excrement basin, male-standing urine pot, female-standing urine pot, male-lying urine pot, female-lying urine pot, spittoon, self-help urinal, and so forth. It can conductmoist heated sterilization on these objects, highly reducing the risk of cross-infection in patient areas of hospitals.

The Quick-A-60 automatic flusher-disinfector mainly has the following technical features:

1. Small and exquisite; convenient installation; high space using efficiency

It has a slender figure and the width of the front board is only 476mm. So this device can be laid in a narrow place, which satisfies the customer`s installation requirement. The design of the chamber capacity is fully in consideration of the containers to load objects in a ward. The washing rack can hold common excrement basins, urinals, etc.

1. Leading washing-disinfecting technology

It has one spinning nozzle and a number of fixed nozzles that cover all angles of the chamber, ensuring no cleaning blind angle. After washing, steam sprays through these nozzles and powerfully sterilizes the washed objects, satisfying corresponding sterilizing requirements. Hollow containers can also be sterilized well.

Stainless steel hygienic pipelines; clamp connections leave no hygiene blind angle; meanwhile the washing chamber and the door panel are shaped by mirror panel mould, with which the circular arc transition eliminates blind angles and avoids dirt residues.

1. Easy to operate; safe and reliable

It operates conveniently. What the user needs to do is just to put the objects into the washing chamber and close the door, and then start the sterilizing program. When the program is finished, the door will automatically and slightly open to make the device complete the cooling and drying processes in the shortest time.

1. Rapid-processing, energy-saving and environment-friendly

It has three kinds of sterilizing programs respectively for slight, moderate and severe contamination. The user can choose the corresponding program according to the contamination situations of the objects to be cleaned.

After removing the rear cover, the maintenance personnel can maintain all the pipeline and circuit parts.

It accords with the international EN15883 standards, the Chinese YYT 0734.3-2009 standards and also other relative norms stipulated by the Ministry of Health.
