    D Series Steam Sterilizer is a top grade sterilizing device in full accordance with GMP regulations of the newest version. It is widely used for sterilization of biological products, vessels, sterile clothing, medical instruments and dressings, which require high sterilization effect in areas of biology engineering, medical hygiene, animal laboratory and pharmaceutical industry.

Features

(1) The main body is welded for both sides with the jacket strengthened by stands. The chamber is automatically welded by plasma welding machine and polished mechanically and electrochemically, bright and clean, erosion-resistant.

(2) The sealing door is driven up and down electrically, sealed by compressed air, and equipped with security interlock device, which is safe, reliable, and easy to operate.

(3) The vacuum condition is achieved by mechanically compulsive pulse with filling steam many times to ensure air exhaustion above 99%, which achieves thorough sterilization and high drying efficiency.

(4) The process is controlled by microcomputer to run automatically, which is reliable and powerful.

(5) The main control components and valves are all of international top brand and of high quality, which improve reliability and stability of the equipment.

Product Classification

(1) DW Series Steam Sterilizer

The chamber and the door plate are made of 304 stainless steel, and the jacket is made of high quality steel specially for vessels.

Pipelines are made of 304 stainless steel and are welded by automatic welding machine.

The loading cart/basket is made of 304 stainless steel, and the transfer trolley is made of high quality stainless steel which is easy and convenient to operate.

Steam is supplied to the chamber and the jacket through one pipeline, and two pipelines are optional.

Tianjin recorder can be adopted as an option.

(2) DT Series Steam Sterilizer

Components directly touching drugs including the chamber, door plate, pipelines and loading cart are all made of 316L stainless steel which meets sanitary requirements.

Steam is fed to chamber and jacket by two pipelines: pure steam enters chamber for exposure, industrial steam enter jacket to heat and insulate.

Connection in chamber is of tri-clamp type, and chamber rail is dismountable, which ensures cleanness and no dead leg of chamber.

Front and back doors are sealed independently, which ensures effective barrier of products before and after sterilization.

SIP is adopted as an option.
