songshan 3 drum rotary dryer is widely used in drying granule material in fixed moisture range ,such as yellow ground in dry mortar industry ,all kinds of molding sand in casting industry and blast furnace slag in building material /cement industry. Small size clay ,small granule material in chemical industry which can't happen chemical effect, high temperature resistance and not have strict control to smoke. According to different moisture requirement for dried material in various industry ,Finished product water content be able to below 1-0.5%.

The material first go into the inside drum, because there are the spiral shape boards fixed in the drum, when the rotary drum dryer make rotary working, the spiral shape board will stir the material and make the material do longitudinal movement, when the material reach the right side of the drum, under gravity effect, the material go into the second drum, because of director plate device, the material go into the second drum, and the same work principle, the material go into outside drum, in the drying working process, the material make three times drying, so the material can be dried completely.

Packing:

Normally, in the convenience of transportation, the large machines should be disassembled. The small parts are packaged in case, while the large main body are in nude.   

Shipping

After inspection by the buyer  and no-loading test  in our factory, or we send inspection and test videos to our buyer, the machines are ready for delivery. We will be active to assist to book the ship and arrange the transportation.
