1.Hydraulic Shaftless Mill Roll Stand

Structural features

symmetrical structure can support two paper tube, can finish changing paper work without stopping the machine

Using hydraulic drive for clamp, loosen, move centering, translation left and right, mill rolls lifting adopts hydraulic drive

Web tension is controlled by pneumatic brake or manual brake; inflatable clamp are optional.

Characteristic 

* Exactly transmitting single facer corrugated cardboard to strain-tighten set or wind absorption set through transmitting belt, for next process use.

* Adopting wind absorption strain-tighten set, 3 KW high-voltage centrifugal fan vacuum adsorption strain set, electro motion correct deflection, to make sure cardboard stick tightly and level off.

* Electric control install two groups of operation plate, upper and lower bridge can be adjusted arbitrarily.

* On paper-receiving unit, adopt independent conversion driver, transmit the single corrugated cardboard across the bridge and keep enough cardboard quantity on bridge to meet the changing production speed, pre-heated by multi pre-heater, and sticked through gluing machine and double facer.

Characteristics 

*Whole body is high strength channel steel, stable, beautiful, suitable for high speed machinery running.

*Heating plate is made according to national container safety standard, of 520mm steel. Inside, S type construction will raise the steam usage efficiency. More welded rods will keep heating plate unchanged in shape.

*Heating section is tense pressure roller structure, cardboard sticks firmly and levels off.

*Steam pipes enter mouth, drainage mouth is S type, heating plate temperature is balanced and evenly. 

*Heating plate temperature is different in different section, suitable to different machinery speed. 

*Heating section pressure roller is hydraulic lifting whole body, stable, safety and reliable.

9.NC cut-off

 The precisely adjustable seamless gear enables the blade notch to exactly mesh with each other for stable running.

 The computer automatically adjusts the cutting speed to keep the same step according to the cardboard size and production line speed.

The computer can keep multigroup orders and the machine adopts the separate model of machine-man interface. The screen can show any type of production information for review, revision, addition and cancelation.
