Product Description
Corrugated cardboard single facer machine/cardboard profuction line
1.Paper guide adopt wind adsorption, maintain the stability of the state of corrugated type stare blankly at a high speed.
2.By the fan through the vacuum chamber make corrugated paper adsorpt within the scope of the corrugated roller 180 degrees forming negative pressure zone, to complete the corrugated rolling.
3.Lower corrugated roller the suction slot width less than 2 mm, can be deducted or exempted single face corrugated board stripe.
4.Transmission part adopts universal joint transmission, isolation vibration source, make the drive more smooth, reliable operation, maintenance stronger.
5.Reducer casing adopt with immersion oil lubrication, closed gear transmission, reducing machine vibration.
6.Adopt automatic cycle for glue, pneumatic glue and reset, has the buffering effect.
7.Glue area electric adjustment, gluing department runs independently when stopping, to prevent the paste to dry up.
8.The upper rubber roller surface specially reticulate hand-cut and chromium plating processing.
9.Corrugated roller adopt with 48CrMo alloy roller, universal joint drive, frequency conversion control, electric adjustment glue amount.
10.In glue department individual drive can be pulled ,convenient maintenance and cleaning.(as photo 1)
11.Corrugated rolling part separate small panel design, tile roll convenient disassembly, convenient maintenance, replacement, stare blankly type (as photo 2)
12. Flute types:A flute,4.7mm ,B flute,2.75mm ,C flute,2.75mm ,E flute,1.8mm(accurate flute accord customer specified options)
