SZL wood pellet boiler characteristic

1. With special fuel hopper and fuel discharge device

The fuel hopper and discharge device is the most important to the boiler safe operation, the fuel discharge device can automatically adjust the fuel quantity based on steam needs, greatly avoid fire back

2. Special air distribution design

As biomass fuel is with low carbon, it’s important to arrange air distribution in reasonable proportion, in order to control the furnace temperature and avoid coking, make the burning sufficiently

3. Big volume furnace and new arch design

With large heating area, greatly increase the furnace temperature, reduced insufficient burning, enhance the fuel burning and boiler efficiency

4. To protect ash deposition and corrosion of the heating area

Usually there is high content of alkali metal in the biomass pellet, then the fuel ash fusion is lower, this is the main reason for ash deposition and corrosion of the heating area, in this case, we make the convection heating area with wear-resistant process, greatly avoid the effect to the boiler operation caused for deposition and corrosion of the heating area

5. Cast Refractory Ceramic Lining
